Tyler McKay has joined Eldridge Brooks Partners as an associate attorney. McKay’s practice will focus on business and transactional law, including real estate transactions and financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital funds and investments, securities regulations, corporate governance, and finance.

Tyler graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville cum laude. During his time in law school, Tyler served on the Journal of Food Law & Policy and in several leadership positions with the Student Bar Association. Before joining Eldridge Brooks, Tyler served as the Manager of Entrepreneur Selection and Growth at Endeavor Northwest Arkansas, where he worked with founders and executives of scaling companies to define their growth strategy. He currently serves as a 2021 Fuel Accelerator Mentor.

Tyler received an undergraduate degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
