Cameron is a senior associate at Eldridge Brooks, where he focuses on business and transactional law. Cameron’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital funds and investments, securities regulations, corporate governance, and finance. Cameron graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law (Fayetteville), cum laude, where he also earned the Business Law Certificate for his corporate law focus. During his time at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Cameron served in several leadership positions in the Business Law Society and the Student Bar Association and competed in a national transactional law competition hosted by Duke University. Before his legal studies, Cameron received an undergraduate degree from Baylor University. Cameron is a member of the Arkansas Bar.
