Emily Neal is an experienced civil litigator whose practice includes complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, regulatory law, and multidistrict litigation. Emily graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2003, where she served on the Arkansas Law Review. Ms. Neal is a charter member of Arkansas Women In Power. She loves animals, the outdoors, and volunteer work, including her work with the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, where she previously served on its board of directors. Emily is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
