Kirk Schauer is a business attorney focused on supporting startups and entrepreneurs. Before entering law, he helped grow his family’s manufacturing business from the family garage to a national manufacturer of school safety products. Kirk then earned his law degree with a certificate in entrepreneurial law from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Kirk guides new companies through formation, contract negotiation, provides ongoing in-house legal services, and represents businesses involved in disputes or litigation. His litigation experience includes numerous successful jury trials and the representation of parties involved in multi-million-dollar contract disputes, trade secret claims, and complex commercial matters. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, as well as the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.

He has been recognized by Super Lawyers for six consecutive years as one of the top lawyers in Oklahoma.

Kirk is based in Tulsa with his wife Megan and their three children.
